TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FOCUSFULL360

1. Introduction
FocusFull360 specializes in renting photography and video equipment for events, including professional photography services, Video Booth 360, and Mirror Booth and DJ. By hiring our services and making the corresponding payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Professional Photography Services

  • Professional photography services are booked by the hour, with a minimum of 3 hours.

  • FocusFull360 retains copyright over all photos and videos captured during the event and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

3. Equipment Rental (Video Booth 360 and Mirror Booth & DJ)

  • The client is responsible for the proper use of the equipment during the event.

  • In case of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third parties unrelated to our team, the client assumes full responsibility for the repair costs or, if necessary, the total replacement cost of the damaged equipment.

  • The client must ensure a safe and adequate space for the installation of the equipment.

4. Payments and Cancellations

  • Full payment for the service must be completed before the event.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • FocusFull360 is not responsible for service failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, adverse weather conditions, or issues at the event venue.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

Focus Full 360 will provide the services specified in the attached addendum.

1. Pricing and Tax Terms

The client agrees to pay the base price for the contracted services plus applicable sales tax according to state and county laws where the service is provided (currently 7% in Miami-Dade). The tax will be calculated on the subtotal of taxable services and equipment and charged to the client on the final invoice.

2. Payments

• Initial deposit of 40% to reserve the date.

• Final balance due before the event date, prior to the start of service.

• Taxes and any additional charges (DJ overtime, extra staff, commissions, etc.) must be paid before the completion of services.

3. DJ & Equipment

DJ and sound services are included for the contracted hours.

Additional DJ hours are quoted separately and subject to tax, according to the contracted services and applicable law.

4. Commission and Other Fees

Any commission agreed upon with the event venue or referral source will be paid and documented separately.

These commissions do not include tax unless otherwise required by law.

5. Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the tax and commercial laws of the State of Florida.

The client acknowledges their responsibility to pay sales tax and any other applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
