TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FOCUSFULL360

1. Introduction
FocusFull360 specializes in renting photography and video equipment for events, including professional photography services, Video Booth 360, and Mirror Booth. By hiring our services and making the corresponding payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Professional Photography Services

Professional photography services are booked by the hour, with a minimum of 3 hours.
FocusFull360 retains copyright over all photos and videos captured during the event and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

3. Equipment Rental (Video Booth 360 and Mirror Booth)

The client is responsible for the proper use of the equipment during the event.
In case of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third parties unrelated to our team, the client assumes full responsibility for the repair costs or, if necessary, the total replacement cost of the damaged equipment.
The client must ensure a safe and adequate space for the installation of the equipment.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Full payment for the service must be completed before the event.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

5. Liability Disclaimer

FocusFull360 is not responsible for service failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, adverse weather conditions, or issues at the event venue.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
